The Hydra Web Services HelpDesk provides a ticketing system to visitors, members, VIP members and customers of Hydra Web Services. Tickets can be submitted to the following departments: General Support, Sales and Billing, Customer Support, VIP Support and Forum Support.
If the department you submitted your ticket to can not assist you it will be moved to the Hydra Admin Team. This Admin Team can only handle tickets that have been escalated by another department. You may request at any time that your ticket be escalated to our Admin Team by requesting this in your ticket.
