The HWS HelpDesk provides a Ticketing Support System and FAQ section to our website visitors, members and customers. Tickets can be submitted to the following departments: General Enquiry, Pre-Sales Questions, Sales and Billing, Customer Support, Web Hosting Support, Advertising and Forum Support.

If the department you submitted your ticket to can not assist you it will be moved to the HWS Admin Team. The HWS Admin Team can only handle tickets that have been escalated by another department or support operator. You may request at any time that your ticket be escalated to the HWS Admin Team by requesting this in your ticket.
